VISUAL EXAMINATION | The wine is bright in the glass, yellow-coloured with a good. Consistency. The olfactory bouquet is fresh, captivating, the fruit remembering of green apples, oranges and lemons, thymus and oregano together with mineral iodized. It keeps the right balance of freshness, with a salty scent and a last persistence of lemon and orange perceptions. Its strength and resolute personality tell the origins of its land. The taste of the Mediterranean Sea. It is great to match in cocktails for the happy hours thanks to its freshness; it goes with Mediterranean sh cooked by the South-Italian tradition.
